This version of Barz N Hookz comes with some nifty features for the demanding songwriter. Now you can loop tracks and add effects! Plus users can now organize and arrange verses, bridges, choruses, etc. In addition you can set the bpm of your session, import a song with the same tempo information, or just turn on the metronome and record, yes record three tracks of pristine audio. Then users can bounce all tracks down to a stereo file where you can export it (separate tracks can also be exported with or without imported instrumental) and share tempo synced data with other songwriters and producers.

So in other words if a producer sends an instrumental with specific tempo information, for example 120 bpm, users can import that file into a Barz N Hookz session, set the bpm to match, record, export, share that file back to the producer and the recording will line up perfectly in the producers digital audio workstation. In essence your phone is now your songbook and a high quality recording studio, which allows incredible ease for collaboration with other musicians.

While using your phones microphone will yield quality results, Barz N Hookz is compatible with class compliant audio devices and it is highly recommended to use one for better *monitoring and recording quality. In our offices we use an Apogee Duet, but other companies like Presonus offer affordable and portable high quality interfaces.

This app is designed for ease of use but if detailed instructions are still needed please contact our support and well be quick to assist! We hope you enjoy this app because as songwriters ourselves, we took our time to develop a tool that will make creating songs an easier process, while maintaining the music industrys high standards. We cant wait to hear what songwriters will come up with and we cant wait to bring our planned updates. Its guaranteed to be amazing! #GetCreative

*A reminder to please be aware that with headphones you can monitor only hearing the instrumental or previous recorded vocals. You wont be able to hear your voice while recording using just the headphones plugged into the iPhone/iPad. You can still record high quality vocals, you just wont hear your vocals until playback. Until we can get the latency down to a reasonable rate where the user can monitor through the headphones we left that feature out. We suggest to use a class compliant iOS audio device such as an Apogee Duet or Presonus Audiobox to experience studio quality monitoring.

**As you know bugs like to enter your house and we want to keep creepy crawlers out of ours. Please let us know of any bugs so our exterminators can get rid of those pesky critters!
